Returns Policy
We allow returns for items within 30 days of your order being placed that are in a unused, new condition, however, Shipping cost will be incurred by the customer unless the item received by the customer is an incorrect or defective item, then we will reimburse the customer standard the shipping fee.
Refunds should be expected withing (4 to 8 business days) of the items being Delivered /Arriving back to “Digger Parts”. Note: the time your bank takes to process the refund its additional to this time
If you have received the wrong item or are unhappy with your item please Contact Us with your order number and details of the product. We will promptly respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping
we ship to all accessible addresses in Australia. We also ship across the globe, please not some countries have restrictions on certain items, please check with your local authority for advise on what is and isn’t allowed.
For your convenience, Within Australia we offer three methods of shipping:
- Free standard shipping
- Standard shipping with tracking
- Express shipping with tracking
Outside of Australia we offer two methods of shipping:
- Standard shipping with tracking
- Express shipping with tracking
Please note: *shipping dates and delivery dates may appear, these are estimates only.
*Shipping rates for many items are weight based, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
*some items may require a handling time of 1-4 business days.
(*Order dispatch within 24 hours *Same day dispatch by 11am with Australia Post) only applies to machinery key products that are in stock.
*International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage and/or other fees depending on the importing country’s laws. The recipient of the package is responsible for all fees associating with importing products from Australia as well as arranging for brokerage if required.
